What are these ?

I spotted some flatworms but I also have a type of critter I’ve never seen before (see photo)
They’re little off white oval shaped eggs with a dot in the middle

They are limpets. Good clean up crew to have! For the small dots in the middle, probably snail eggs

Is the anemone a good one or bad ? I’ll need to look closer, there’s a bunch of cloves in that area.
As far as the limpets or snails I’ve just never seen that many or ones that look like that. How can I be sure they’re safe
