What are these spots on the mushroom?!

I recently noticed these small reddish brown spots on my mushrooms. What are they? Are they bad?

kind of hard to see but it is most likely flatworms, they can bother the coral in high numbers but it is more of an eyesore than anything else, you can siphon them out with airline tubing.

they could possibly spread to LPS corals aswell, dipping them in an iodine solution will get rid of them, though they won't kill the corals, i'd still try and eradicate them.
