What are these small organisms? Found only in very hidden places and not reproducing fast or growing large either.

I’ve begun to notice 2 new organisms slowly appear on my live rock in areas of low light.

tank is a little over a year old.
Attached are 2 pictures

the organism that is in the pic with one circle, I thought at first was a small feather duster but the frill ends do t seem to retract when disturbed. I think they may be a type of sea squirt, or tunicate?

The other ones are very tiny. They look like they are a hydroid but I’m not too sure. Very very tiny and hard to get a good pic of

Well I answered my first question, they’re pineapple sponges!! I will be keeping them. I have been blessed with many unique and wonderful sponges with this live rock. I can’t wait to see them mature

If it’s aiptasia, which I don’t believe it is, then I will be getting out the laser. The base is super thin and the tentacles don’t appear similar in structure, it resembles aiptasia but not enough for me to consider it that.

Just noticed these white bundles everywhere too. Looks like there is a sponge siphon within the white clumps, but the clumps look like colonial hydroids to me?

Try to get the hydriods in white light picture if you can. All I see is the sponge.

Edit: I see what you are talking about. But it's difficult to make out the stalks. And are most likely colonial hydriods. You will want to pluck those out with tweezers.

I’m getting my dslr fired up lol. Will try to get better pics to make sure. There are weird patches of white that sometimes look like sponges but hydroids within it? Idk looks weird, will get a better idea when the higher res come in.

when removing with tweezers is it like aiptasia where disturbing them can release spores?

No, they don't release spores like aiptasias. However, depending where they are. After removing the stem as close to possible on the live rock, place a dab of glue over the area. These guys can really tuck themselves in from danger.
