What are these bugs?

I can see them with my eye, but they're tiny. There's thousands of them in my HOB skimmer, and they've done a very good job of cleaning it up for me overnight. They move pretty fast. They took care of my diatom problem in a few days.
I am guessing copepods?

Microcrustaceans. The one on the left appears to be a lifeless exoskeleton/molt of a copepod. The ones on the right are some other form of microcrustacean. Congrats on beating the diatoms!
