What are these bugs in my reef tank? Brown back too big to be copepods

I dumped copepods in my tank about two months ago. They multiplied like crazy. I can see them on the glass. Just recently I noticed these brown looking bugs crawling around my live rock. Kind of looks like a flea. Are these bad for my corals, fish?

Amp or iso pod no need to worry they are in natural reef systems and will self regulate on available food sources and predators

i agree with amphipods. they feed on junk in the tank, and are often eaten by other tank inhabitants.
