As the title implies....What are the smallest, in tank, UV Sterilizers available and how do you like them?

wondering if anyone is using one in a nano tank successfully? Maybe you found a way to tuck one into the AIO nano tanks?

I have this one tucked into the back corner of my 10 gallon tank. Seems to work pretty well.
