my fish have been in quarantine for about 7 days since i had an ich outbreak in display tank. At this point in the treatment, nearly all ich white spots have disappeared. She along with everyone else have been eating well. This morning I noticed my female clown was super lethargic near the bottom of the tank and have developed these white patches around her lips and somewhat around her eye. She has been staying at the bottom and breathing pretty heavily. Does anyone recognize this ailment? My first reaction was injury but as the female she’s the one who does the nipping in the first place lol.

the white patch is only on that side of her lip, and that eye.

10g Quarantine tank, with one other clown, and lawnmower blenny.
They are in coppersafe treatment at about 2.3ppm.
Ammonia:0
All other inhabitants are acting normally.

Could you post a video (linked through YouTube) to better assess breathing rate? Brook is a possibility, as well as a secondary bacterial infection from the ich.
Of course here:

Quality isn’t the best but you can see her opening and closing her mouth a lot in the corner of the tank.

Could be brook - if you have access to formalin or ruby reef rally, I would try that.
Let me call in the rest of the [HASH=55964]#fishmedic[/HASH] team for a second opinion.
I have api general cure. Would that be a good idea to start dosing with the coppersafe?

This is not brook and may be from squabbling with another tank mate or moving rocks as they often do

No treatment necessary at this time. Keep an eye on fish, and in the process you may notice his activity with use of mouth
