Please watch the video but it looks like something js happening with this guy that I am unaware of. There is some kind of growth under the coral previously unnoticed and unseen
I wouldn't worry about it. Maybe try gently rubbing it to see if it comes off. If it doesn't, then just keep an eye on it. If it doesn't get bigger, it's probably not an issue.
