What’s this all over my tang

I’ve had him for about a week and don’t know what this is on my Tang.

This looks like either a bacterial infection to me or flukes causing discoloration

But the medics will be able to help more

I’ve had him for about a week and don’t know what this is on my Tang.

Pics are dark in blue lighting and fuzzy but appears to be a bacterial issue which will warrant treatment in a separate tank using Seachem Kanaplex
