What’s the best UV sterilizer for a 150 gallon system?

I just need some help figuring this out, on brs I see that some UV sterlizers are 25w but 450$ while others are 25$ but for 250$.I’ve read through them and see no differences so I just need someone to tell me their oppions in what I should do

This is what I made for $3 for the pipe and $7 for the UV lamp. if you have room in the sump it works well. It just feeds from the overflow baffle and exits through the capped end that i drilled to allow the cord of the lamp to exit. I only have a 9w lamp but my system is small
