What’s the best lighting schedule and percentages?

Hey everyone, so I got all my equipment for my 65 gallon tank finally… for now at least. I’m using two AI prime 16 HD lights. At this current time I have to Picasso clown fish, and a rainbow anemone. What is the best scheduling and percentages for my lighting ? In reference to this, I will adding mostly only LPS coral in the future, along with possibly another anemone. Thank you in advance.

Basically what fits your schedule and your liking.

You're not going SPS heavy, so it's not like you need to blast the lights all day.
