What’s going on with my Xenia?

I’ve had a pulsing Xenia frag since may 15 and it’s grown about 5 times the size of when i got it. It was growing nice until a few days ago it started shriveling up and the polyps look very ill. There have been no changes to my water chemistry or lighting . There’s not any new live stock either. What could be going on? My other pulsing Xenia from my other tank is doing fine

What are you current params that algae below the xenia doesnt look good. It kinda resembles dinos. Could just be GHA though
