My MB7 was bulletproof. I had an aquafuge on the back, with a hagen surface skimmer modded for it. Lighting was DIY 70W MH w/ 32W Actinic PC's

Water changes once every three months.. No dosing, Minimal feeding, Only one fish (dont push it)--No HA, Amazing coralline, and great coral growth.

Loved it. I had only 16" of depth and it penetrated all the way. I had Montis and LPS on the sand that grew great. I had acros at the top that did well, but once they got lower, they didnt grow as quickly. If your going with 70WMH I would strongly suggest the Astralux 14K bulb.. Best bulb out there. I never found any PAR ratings, but it had punch.
