There is one tube shaped protrusion on one hammer that looks like white/clear and a few similar but more patchy shaped ones on a different hammer. they don’t seem to move. These are the best pictures I could get without removing the coral.

The coral looks healthy and happy. A few things to consider are if it’s growing a new head. And what are your tank parameters. Honestly I wouldn’t stress it that much it looks fine to me. A clearer image would be helpful though

I’ll attempt to see if rigid or soft next service day but they seem happy overall. The green hammer started only opening about half way a few days ago so I started looking around and noticed these things that I didn’t pay any mind before.

If soft I assume likely sponge and just leave it alone?
Well, thats up to you but they can grow and overtake coral. I personally remove them as i can. Theyre harmless but can be a nuisance
