I ordered a Waterbox 230 Pro back in May from TriQuatics. It was a long wait but my tank finally arrived Friday afternoon and to my dismay I found that the base of the sump is chipped. I'm a bit worried because I did sign for the delivery and the freight release form they have you sign makes it sound like they may not cover damage after you've signed for the delivery. I even made the delivery driver wait (which he wasn't happy about) while I unscrewed the box that the aquarium was shipped in. I did a quick visual inspection of the contents and saw no damage.
It wasn't until I had a friend come over to help me remove the sump later that night that i noticed glass fragments in the bottom of the display tank that the sump was sitting in. Upon inspecting the sump i found this chip right at the bottom of the sump. Sick to my stomach over this...I've waited so long and have so much invested in this setup. I really hope Waterbox comes through with a replacement for me. I've left a message with Waterbox support but so far haven't been able to get them on the phone. Anyone have experience with Waterbox customer service? Besides calling their 800 number is there another way to get a hold of them?
