hello i have a water box 380 (280gal aquarium) so im looking for advice on what kind of reef lighting yall would recommend for this tank, i would prefer to stay with led's but i understand t5s/hybrid set ups are nice too, I just like the sleek look of radion xr30s with a mount, but I'm trying to stay more budget friendly, I got the waterbox at a good deal and I'm trying to get it up and running for now( maybe update to more expensive lights later doen the road). The aquarium is 96"Lx 30"Dx 26"H, I've noticed lights like the nicrew 150 reef light on amazon have decent reviews, people say it brings off a purple looking tint to it though and their corals don't glow as much as other lights provide, ideally I'd like to stay under $200 per light if possible, I understand it would probably take 5 of these to properly distribute light, but I like the idea I don't have to buy all of them at the same time I could just add on as I go, please feel free to give me ideas on lighting yall would run on this 8ft tank, still new to the hobby so I don't plan on adding sps coral yet, someday in the future I may though. Current tank 40g breeder.
