2 Vortech Mp 40's. and two Sicce Voyager4's on my 180. The Mp40's are old (2012) but still going. One is making noise and after three failed attempts to rectify noise by changing the bearings I got an RMA from Vortech and sent it in in the hope they can quiet it down. The other one is perfect.
The Sicce Voyagers are cranking! They look like tanks and move water the same way.

I highly recommend you take the time to solder in connectors and then get a bucket of acid or vinegar. Its so nice not needing to set up next to the tank, rinsing off in the sink, and then capping the bucket to use again the next month!

I’ve been considering doing the same thing. What connectors are you using? Digikek/mouser part number? Or purchased somewhere else?

I have an icecap gyre 3k tha provides plenty of water movement in my 29g biocube. One impeller stopped working and I need to order a new bushing.

I will be using a rw-4 the poor man mp10 haha for my 13.5 hope the footprint is not too big. If I could have any pump it would either be a mp10 or a nero.
I think it will suffice for my plans of a zoagarden low cost build.

I have an aqamai kps in my nano. It is very small and adds nice movement to the tank.

I only have a 13g nano and use a single jebao sw-2. It's better than a previous pH as flow can be altered and paused for feeding corals. Had it for only 10 months but going well.

I am using a pair of tunze 6055s in my 40b.

if I could use anything.. I might go to a pair of vortech mp10s but really these tunze pumps are great for my tank so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I'm using mp40 on my nano tank. I love vortex pumps but mp40 is to powerful for my tank. I'll be purchasing mp10 for sure

13G nano. Using Jebao SOW-4 on its lowest setting in pulse mode. Fliow isnt random enough and I’d probably be better of with an upgraded return and a RFG.

I have been using vortechs for years and love them. While I am curious to try a gyre, I am happy with my MP40s and don't plan on switching. I have had one MP40 dry-side pump go out, but other than that, they have been working very well for a long time.

Originally I had a AI Nero 5, I was happy with the movement but then I went out and bought a ice cap gyre 2k and I like the sheet of water movement more due to my tank being a 40 gallon cube.

Was skeptical about paying the price for a mp10, but after years and years of use I for sure would buy again with no questions!

Started with a couple Jebao pumps before upgrading to the Nero 5. Nero's are a great value for the price you pay, and AI recently developed a new fish/nem guard that looks pretty sleek. Would like to try some Vortech's at some point.

Ive been using a jebao sw4 for about 6 months in my 5g. It does the trick but leaves a lot to be desired. I have to run it at the lowest setting which isn’t really low enough and the flow is not as far reaching as Id like. Im hoping some better nano stuff comes out soon. Id really like to get a nero 3 if they come out soon.

I use 4 current usa wave pumps (1050gph) they have their own app.

But I will want the red sea reef waves, they are awsome.

I’m using 2 Jebaos SOW 5. They are working good. No issues. I wish they were wireless.

I would love to have Nero or MP40 one day.

I have an old mp10 and a new apex wav. A bit overkill on my 40g mixed, but I’m looking to upsize soon.
