Want to upgrade my Gen1 and Gen2 XR30 to Gen3Pro, anyone have the upgrade kit or can locate them.

I think you'll have more luck sourcing a used Gen 3 or Gen 4.

I believe that option ended several years ago.
As suggested you could probably find used gen 3-5 fairly easy.

Good luck. Those were disco'd about the same time the G4 was released. I'm up in the Poconos and have 2 G4 Pro's with diffusers I was going to list later today. I also have the original non-diffuser panels, asking $400 each. I'm eventually going to go back to LED's, but went to halides and Reefbrites to cover my 270 because I couldn't afford that many panels. I'd consider partial frag trades to about $200 if you're interested in both.
