Ordered some Selcon off of Amazon. It was delivered and when the package was opened I saw the top of the dropper was split from the rest of it. I little preturbed I went to return it via amazon and found it was non returnable.
I found American Marines website and emailed them at 8pm asking how they could correct my issue. Amazingly I got a response from a gentlemen named Lou right away. He asked me to send a picture of the bottle and my invoice and he'd take care of it. I snapped pictures of both and sent it off. As I was sending the email I noticed a pair of scissors next to the bag it was sent in. 2 and 2 suddenly equals 4 to me and I send Lou an email telling him "nevermind, I figured out we cut the dropper when opening the packaging. Thanks for your quick attention" Lou thanked me for my honesty and asked me for my address anyway.
Today a bottle of selcon arrived at my door free of charge. Really appreciate Lou's dedication to helping out a customer. Answering emails in the middle of the night and replacing a product that I destroyed with my carelessness. Top notch!
