This product is advertised to contain lots of microfauna. An analogous product, IPSF Wondermud, is advertised to also contain baby bristleworms. I want none of that.

I don't mind spaghetti worms, Dorvillidae, annelids, sipunculids, fan worms or Xmas tree worms (ojala!), but I do not want bristleworms, flatworms, eunicids or cirolanid isopods--I also don't want fish diseases, but understand that is unlikely.

Has anyone experienced bristleworms or any other pest from Fiji Mud?

Almost ready to buy a booster to mix with dry sand for my new 40L AIO (display, not refugium).

Thanks for your help!

Aqua Forest Life Source ;)
Is this a dry product? Quick browse shows people using it to increase bacterial biodiversity. Will that just be bacteria that survive drying/packaging/rehydrating, etc? Fiji Mud is meant to come as a wet clay-like slurry with microfauna that are not exclusively bacterial. Not sure how aerobic microbes will do in a sealed bucket for so long, though...
