vermedit snail hitchhikers or something else?

I saw these on one of my trochus today. Are these vermetid snails or something else?

Look like vermatids. Scrape them off ASAP and hope that's all of them. I normally don't fret over many hitchhikers but I really dislike vermatids.

I posted a closeup as well as I could. I guess that's an Astraea. I pulled it out of the tank and took it outside. Definitely vermetid snails which I introduced to some pliers. I'll be watching the tank closely for more. There's another Astraea slooping around so I'll have to find and inspect it as well.

They aren't terrible but can irritate coral and cause unusual growth patterns on monti caps and similar coral. I have some of the little nasties in all of my tanks
