Do most people run the same lighting schedule every day, with respect to color spectrum/intensity and duration. I’m just curious if running a set weekly schedule with some variation would mimic natural settings and stimulate coral growth? Possibly over thinking things. I’ve done a lot of this during my first two years in the hobby.
