Using Novus to clean used Acrylic Tank..any recommendations?

Hello.

I have a 20gl acrylic tank that I was given which has several scratches, none of which seem to be deep as I run my hand over them. It seems Novus is the product I need to use and this will be my first attempt.

Do I also need to first use wed/dry sandpaper or simply just use the Novus products? I would say there are a significant number of scratches, but they dont seem deep where my finger nail would grab it.

If they are not deep you can just start with 3 and see what happens
