Hello fellow saltines,
I just purchased a used AI Prime light but it doesn't come with the mounting arm (which is fine). While searching online I found a reference to the Prime light hanging kit being used to mount the Prime light to other manufacturer's rigid arms. I already have an arm that is a lot like the AI rigid mount however the way the arm attached to my current light is different than how the Prime light attaches to their arm. Has anyone done this with the hanging kit? For the life of me I can't find the page again that mentions using the hanging kit this way this so I don't know if I need to buy extra pieces like nuts and bolts.
