So I woke up this morning and took a look at my apex graphs on my old Apex Classic Unit and both my temperature and PH probe seem to become "stuck" and no longer read the actual measurement.

See pic below:

When this happens, I seem to get a strange PH blip, then both the PH and temp probes stop reading. See below:

Thankfully I have a heater with a built in thermostat and a Seneye monitor for push notifications to use temporarily. So far, Apex support wants to schedule a call but only on Monday and I don't want to wait that long. They didn't sound too hopeful on the phone either. I've done a firmware update, and a complete wipe and restore as well. When I unplug the controller from the power bar, and plug it back in, it proceeds to work for a few hours.

I have a new ApexEL on standby for pickup today, but I was hoping to reach out for additional suggestions.

Thanks,
