Hello Everyone
Its been quite a while since I posted about my 20,000 tank. There were several changes I made since I started it 2 years ago. I have a total of 74 fish which covers 21 species. As for sharks/rays I have 8 bamboo sharks and 4 smooth-hounds sharks and 4 stingrays. Its amazing to see how fast the fish are growing. For example, my clown tangs have more than doubled in size in 4 months. The main feedings are M/W/F and other days I feed pellets. Main feeding are about 2lbs and varies between talapia, whole shrimp, scallops, and herring. The tank is kept between 74-78 degrees.

Here is a video

what are you using for flow and filtration?
are you using natural sea water?

I sit and watch them a lot more than snorkeling. Filtration is 2 bead filters, ozone and 2 UV units run with dual 3hp pumps. I am on a lake, not the ocean. I add salt as needed after heavy rains and after I backwash the bead filters. For flow I have 14 returns from filter system and I also have 7 pumps for flow inside the tank. They rotate throughout every day/night to make different currents.

Incredible! I want to know what your filtration looks like?? Do you have a giant skimmer? So cool! Thank you for sharing, and gorgeous yard!
No skimmer. Its been 2 years with no water change and so far so good. The filtration and ozone keep all parameters intact and ORP stays between 350-400.
