Recently bought this guy at a show and it’s in my q tank atm I’m not exactly sure what it is growing on them but the guy was not very forth coming so obviously was a poor choice I just haven’t been able to find out what it is thanks in advance I also can’t tell if it’s aptasia or not cause it is kind of bristly while when I had an aptasia problem they were a lot smoother and more inward

So harmful? Harmless?
I agree with the ID's, and FWIW, I consider it to be an invasive weed that once introduced can be difficult (impossible?) to get rid of. Not necessarily harmful, just grows entirely too well in many systems.

Gotcha anyone have a removal technique just so I don’t put it in my display tank
