Looks like some form of amphipod to me. Does it look like any of these?

Looks like an amphipod harmless/good hitchiker

That’s what I was thinking too. I used to have tons of them in a different tank, but they were slightly different. These seem flatter and wider. Hoping it is just a different type and not destructive.
