Bought the wrong one when I made the purchase

Used for (3) months with RODI water. ZERO issues and comes with everything as if you bought it brand new

got a question to OP , does the water fil all the way up until the floater (white peice) can go anymore higher? mine seems to fill to where the floater is in the middle of the sheild

my sensor stays flat on the bottom. Do you have it the correct orientation?
