Can someone with a dream box help me diagnose the Panasonic timer on the fleece roller? To get the fleece to advance I have to loosen the set screw on the sensor and raise the sensor up and down to trick it in to advancing.

Thanks

David

it reaches the sensor and the orange LED light up but the roller doesn't always advance.

Never seen a Panasonic timer , I would make the delay at 30 or even better 60 seconds , and also roll up time (this can be set later to determine if more or less needed) at 6 seconds. you need to make sure that after setting you have the OP on the screen like the last picture. This means your setting is locked. this should make for proper operation. There could be a lot of turbulence there at the sensor making it turn off and on repeatedly , causing it to malfunction this way when water level rises. A longer wait time may correct this

I reduced the flow on the red dragon to 40 and I mark the fleece roll on regular intervals, and it is working. Your probably right about the turbulence giving the sensor inconsistent readings. Thanks for you Insite.
