Tried for an ID on this in 2018. Better pictures and much larger. What is it.

In July of 2018 I asked for help in IDing this hitchhiker. (first pic)

I now looks like this and is about 3 inches tall. (second pic)

Here is a close up. (third pic)

The individual polyps are extremely small (about 1/32 of an inch) and it is forming a very bulbous, solid skeleton.

Any help in IDing it would be appreciated.

I'll buy that but I was hoping for a little more info on where it might be from. It was on a rock that came from ARC in Florida but I had the rock in the tank for over a year before it showed up. So, in general, what part of the ocean did it come from ?

I was hoping you were going to bust out some cool scientific name I've never heard before like usual.
Sorry I couldn't do that. The only other genus this coral could be is Madracis, but I counted 12 tentacles and Madracis has 10 or 20.
