Trident stopped auto testing. I have confirmed the Mode is set to automatic.

No other error it just says "no test in 24 hours" then I can manual select Combined test and it runs. Looking to see if there is an easy solution before I contact support.

If you haven't trident initializing it, or doing a hard reset, basically unplug it for a few minutes, contact support. I hit them for an issue I had with my trident once and they were really attentive to it, pretty quick response.
I did a restart...but not a unplug from wall and wait 3 minutes...I guess I'll try that...

You mentioned it stopped auto testing. Is this a new install or existing? Was it running tests prior?

I would contact support regardless using the email option/ticket. This way it starts the ball rolling.

Check your tests remaining. The Trident will stop testing when it thinks you are out of reagent. Check all your bottles, and tap on the trident graph in fusion until you see tests remaining. If it says close to zero, reset that reagent if there is some left in the bottle, or change the bottle then reset. The Trident will not give an alarm when the reagent is empty until you program your "email" alarm to.

It's been running over a year now. Regants are 89 percent full.

The Apex head unit did just get swapped out with a refurbished unit, Just about the time this started. It also coincide with the recent OS update.
