it was going to sleep, i turned the light back on to take this pic. just wondering if anyone is familiar with this? i tried to grab it and it dissolved

Looks like it’s releasing zooxanthellae which is its energy blocks
Stress likely causing this due to either too much light, water flow or both
Also can be low calcium, temperature too warm or low salinity
