Torch coral problem?

Hello, I am new to corals etc. my torch coral is standing up. I see photos of torches flowing. Is it bad that it’s standing up or not?

I imagine there is no flow in the tank. Do you have any powerheads in there, or anything to move the water?

Lol, I have a mp40 running at 1600gph I have a 45G

Then it is blocked somehow from the flow. Should be moving. Will not survive without some flow.
