Hi! I'm trying to understand flow better and I'm wondering if 2 maxspect gyre xf350's would be too much flow for my 5x2x2. I plan on eventually keeping primarily sps, but possible some lps mixed in at the bottom.

I currently have 1 xf350 and a vortech mp40 and it already seems like overkill (even with both running on lower settings). Debating on if I want to buy a second xf350 and remove the vortech, or if that's overkill then just buy 2 xf330's.

Thanks!

Yeah, only really possible to tell once the tank is set up and your rocks and livestock is in.. Build your tank first with flow consideration in mind- then settle on which powerheads to buy. Don't splash the cash on equipment first! :)
