I love me some inverts! Love love love! (I even breed freshwater shrimp and mystery snails, but that's beside the point.)

I have a 55g currently housing a banded-coral shrimp, a fighting conch, 6 emerald crabs, a pitho crab, a sand sifting star, a tuxedo urchin, a dozen or so misc hermits (including halloweens), 3 large turbo snails, and a handful of misc snails. And a couple of feather dusters and some corals. I only have one fish, a tomato clownfish, and am not sure if I even want more fish.

And I have a whole slew of things waiting for me in a cart at reefcleaners.

I may have a problem, y'all. How many inverts is too many?

A friend gifted me a 25g cube in November that she could no longer care for. It had the clown, the banded-coral shrimp, one toadstool leather, and a couple of hermits and snails. I've since upgraded to the 55g. Bit of a cyano bloom right now. And my protein skimmer is wonky.

I've been adding the corals and inverts since February, a little at a time (hahaha). I've got a new rock formation to set up this weekend and get the coral into their final placements.

it’s never too many until they start eating each other.

for another fish, you should get a shrimp goby and pistol shrimp! It’s a fish for your invert :)
