Did another dip on my Zoa today, found this little bugger in the pool. What is this? Good? Bad?

Thanks, so far 3 hitchhikers on 2 frags. This, asterina, and micro brittle star.
Two of the three (amohipod, micro star) are definitely good. Some mixed reviews on the asterina’s. Some folks see no issues with their corals, others claim they bother/kill them. All agree that they can reproduce and spread rapidly if left unchecked.
