Help! My Toby Puffer attacked a glob of superglue and got his his mouth/Beak Glued shut. It's the brs thick super glue gel. I thought it was dry but apparently it was not

He's trying to eat but unable to open his mouth.

He's acting normal other than the glue

Should I attempt to capture and manually remove?

For other fish I read that the slime coat will get rid of it, but since it's on his beak I don't think that's going to work is it?

I'm freaking out not sure how to help him without making it worse

UPDATE!!

I did some "physical therapy" this afternoon. He likes to nip at anything that is in the tank for a bit to test it (how he got glued in the first place) so I decided to hold a small piece of Marco rock at the surface of the water so he'd ram his beak into it. He did that a few times but then got disinterested. He wasn't able to eat but then tonight during a test feeding I saw his beak move and he stared devouring the food!!!

He's able to open his mouth and eat now! He's going to town on some squid, mysis, and brine ❤️

Thank you all for the help! Flynn is also appreciative

Here he is currently
