toadstool not opening

hey, so i bought this toadstool for about 3 weeks ago, and ever since that it wont open but it kept shading and it lays down. sometimes the polyps does tried to appear , but it always closes back. does anyone know why and what should i do or is it dead? thankss

What are the water parameters, what type of lighting and flow?

It looks like its in the shade in the picture, this coral needs light and flow.
