Toadstool coral not doing the best. Please help diagnosis. Parameters normal. Has been in decline for 4 weeks now. Just came back from 3 week vacation

I know you mentioned that your parameters are normal, but I think you should still post them.

Any recent changes?

Any livestock that could be bothering it in the tank?
