Is this a small nassarius snail or some other snail? Been in my squarium for a few months.
His little tube nose is like longer than his shell

Could be a whelk snail, carnivorous and eat snails and clams. I had one, pictured, hitchhiked into my tank.View attachment 3079140
its certainly possible. It looks more like a vibex snail to me though. OP, keep a watch out for random snail deaths just in case

Yeah ive had all my nerite snails die off but none were killed by a whelk cause there were no holes in the shells
no holes in shells does not mean no whelk. Different whelk species have different hunting methods.

Ya, mine ate three bumblebee snails, caught it in the act with the third, shells were intact.
