Tiny pests overtaking zoas and mushrooms

These tiny polyp like things are attached to the rock and linked together. They are now starting to grow around my zoas that are irritated and closed up 24/7. Any way to eradicate them from established rockwork that can't be easily removed and or dipped?

Welcome to R2R. I believe you posted on reddit too. I think the answer there is that these are blue clove polyps (BCP, or something similar). Hopefully, someone here on R2R can confirm.

There seems to be a treatment you can try:


Otherwise, save the corals that haven't been affected (cutting or fragging) and keep them in the display. Remove the rock with the BCP and place them in a container with tank water, powerhead, and heater and leave dark for. a few months. This will kill all photosynthetic life, including the corals you wanted to keep unfortunately.
