Tiny guy in sand

Hi team!
This morning I saw a dead amphipod on the bottom and some little thing is poking out from the sand/under this little piece of rock and trying to grab him. However, the little scavenger seems to be much smaller than the amphipod. I’ve posted a video and you can see the mystery critter at about 20 seconds and 28 seconds in. Let me know what you think!

I think it’s another type of Amphipod.

or it’s a munnid isopod
