Anyone familiar with a tiger angelfish? This guy could be yours for the low price of two grand at Brookfield Petco!

The girl said the last one they had the owner of house of fins drove up and bought for their display tank.

Im still confused how of all places to get ahold of one it was a petco

Now that I’ve googled it, it seems like a surprisingly good price for so rare a fish. On the other hand, it’s just not that exciting looking a fish for two grand. And in defense of Brookfield Petco, they have really nice saltwater tanks and a few fairly knowledgeable staff. I’ve had really good luck getting fish from there.

Probably because they are Petco. I'd imagine if a local petco is good enough, as this one may be, they have the swing to get those hard to find fish first, deeper pockets and all.

Yea definitely a good price. They seem to go for twice that.

She’s still there as of this morning and continues to look great! They’ve now added an 800 gem tang! Also looks beautiful. Of course the tomini tang they ordered for me was in the box that got delayed and was DOA
