My tank is half sps and half zoas. Right now I have 2 - 250watt de phoenix 14,000k over my 58gal(36.5"x18.5"x21"). I have a 20h that I want to use as a growout tank. So I was thinking of taking one of my 250's and using that for the light. Which leaves my 58 with only 1 - 250. So to make up for the lost light I was thinking of getting this 4 - 39watt t5 icecap retro: http://www.reefgeek.com/products/categories/lighting/104430.html
I been wanting to try t5's for awile now. So my question is do you think 1 - 250de mh and 4 - 39watt t5's will be to much light?

yeah, that will be alot of light. will be ok for sps. *may* be too much for zoas in such a small tank. but they will do ok.

may want to bump the MH bulb up to 20k.
Im mainly worried about the zoas in this light. I could possibly cut it down to 2 bulbs of t5, but then Id be worried about the sps.
