Wednesday I have wrasse coming. One wrasse is the only wrasse I never could get. He is fragile so fingers crossed. I also have one coming from another source in case the first one doesn’t make it. Oh and another meleagris that will need a home.
Now if I can only find a small juvenile Achilles. They are all coming in big even though we say juvenile. Hate collections lol

Anyone try mixing a negrosensis with other Macropharyngodon? How do they get along?
Leopards as females are ok with a few that can be aggressive. Males can be mean. Your blue star will most likely transition and the black shouldn’t transition so they should be easy. Kuiters are feisty and male choats can be. Or Nate’s can be more aggressive also. Others are pretty chill.

Bell’s?
Nope I gave up. Waste of money and fish. They do great in qt. Soon as I release them in display they hit the sand bed flashed until dead. Only way I see me having one is pull all my fish and let bells settle. May be pulling them all anyway so who knows

This fish isn’t as vibrant and sleeps in the sand!

Have you checked reef exclusives they are listing 3 different sizes for the Achillies?

They seem to do best in chill tanks without a lot of wrasse but not positive. Almost got one but switched for a diamond tail

H. Chrysus?
No yellow CORIS! Nope not a bright color at all.

Is that for all pencil wrasses? or this one in particular?
All pencils as far as I know. My book gives this one 2/5. Basically same care as tamarins but harder.

Not so sure what makes any wrasse any Harder. They all seem about the same to me except some are weaker than others. If they sleep in the sand then they are all good in my book lol
