Nice shots, particularly the first one. In the first one, crop tighter to eliminate all of that black background that is contributing nothing. Trim a little from the right side. Overall, it's a little hot. Bring down your highlights to remove some of that. If you bracketed and have a shot that is one stop darker, try using that one. The second shot has a very nice composition to it. Try adding just a bit back on the right. It is also a little hot. Try bringing down the highlights. This one needs to be sharper overall. Maybe some unsharp mask?

Debbie,
My apologies. I lapsed into jargon and shouldn't do that. Yes, I mean some of the surfaces are too bright and bordering on blowing out. Blown out means an area is so over exposed/white that there are do data. When areas are too hot/bright/over exposed, they tend to hurt the eyes, lose color density, lose texture, and detract from the overall look of the image because your eyes lock in on the bright areas.

Thanks Gary.
This corals is just so reflective that it almost always blows out on top.
These were shot at EV-2. I bought a book on PSE7 to learn how to make better adjustments with the software.

Here are the corrected pics...
