Checking on my sump and these are starting to pop up. Is it Aiptasia and if so, what's your best suggestion to get rid of?

May work but may need more suction. I would use a siphon. Take a razor, scrape the glass and at the same time suction out. You don’t want to leave any traces behind.

People use to freak out A LOT when it comes to aiptasia.
Got around 5 in my tank at first and was worry too, added two (real) peppermint shrimps, in a few days, it was down to one, it took one more week...and zera aiptasia left in view, love those guys.
So, buy some peppermint, real ones of course, do you researchs.
