Put a level to your desk. Two sides of your tank are on edges but the corner that is loose is in the middle of what looks like a pretty flimsy desk.

No idea what the styrofoam is for if you have a leveling mat.

I did put a 2x3” under the corner that is loose just to be safe as well for extra support. So now essentially all 4 corners are supported fully now

The entire perimeter of the tank needs to be supported.

yes I have placed a plywood the same size as the tank underneath. The left side is fully supported but the edge/leg of the desk and the right side has 2 2x3” supports. Just the front does not have support directly under it
