Looking to get back into the hobby after 5 years off. My new home has a nice spot for a 60gal cube. I'm trying to decide which brand to buy and would like some feedback from you all. I really like marinelnd's rimless with the corner overflow, nice look and overflow placement, good price as well. I've also looked at deep blue professional rimless, not so into the center placement of the overflow and a little more pricey. SCA also has a nice 50 cube. Any review out there on these tanks?

I'm in search of a cube tank(s) as well...I'm trying to find a cube with a center overflow or without any at all so I can drill one my self for like an external or something like that...I really, really like the sca 50 and I would get a couple in a heartbeat but the only problem for me is that it's drilled out for a 1" drain and a 1/2 " return only (hth) And where did u find a dbp rimless with a center overflow at a lfs or online if u don't mind me asking...

Sc aquarium has nice tanks and Steve is very easy to work with. They also have good deals on plug and play systems.

Just been looking online, I have not been to a LFS in years.

I have the 50g SCA cube. I really like it a lot. No complaints other than the "metric" plumbing.

I have the marineland rimless 60 with corner overflow. It's a nice tank overall. My complaints with it is sloppy silcone work and 24 inches tall is challenging to reach into and I'm 6'5.

I did trim what was on exterior panels, but my main concern was the edges weren't flush which made corners not perfectly square.

I just realized it was not DBP that had the center overflow it was Cad Light Aquariums and it's a 50gal, very nice tanks but $$$$$!

U r right...cad lights cubes look really good. It is pricey, I'm wondering if they sell the tank only instead of the whole package, it might come out a little cheaper that way. I've seen their tanks online before and what I like about what I see so far is that they have an option for a herbie overflow drain at least. When the time comes, I'll have to find out if they sell the tanks only.[emoji3]
